FD-258 Fingerprint Cards
Need fingerprint cards for an out-of-state license, employment requirement, or professional certification?
We offer professional fingerprint capture and printing onto FD-258 fingerprint cards. We can also discuss requirements for other fingerprint card formats when requested.
Our goal is to provide clear, high-quality fingerprints while helping you understand the submission requirements for your requesting agency.

How It Works
Getting Fingerprinted Is as Easy as 1, 2, 3, 4!
1. Book Your Appointment
Select your service and reserve your appointment online. Group and mobile appointments can be arranged by contacting our office.
2. Come Prepared
Bring an unexpired government-issued photo ID and your correct ORI number. Certain Florida Clearinghouse screenings require advance registration in CHAI.
3. Get Fingerprinted
Our team will complete your fingerprint capture, verify the necessary information, and electronically submit eligible Live Scan transactions.
4. You're All Set!
We'll provide your TCN number at the end of your service if applicable. Your requesting agency handles screening results and final determinations, with processing times varying by agency.
