We conduct DOT specimen collection for drug screenings and conduct rapid urine drug testing as well. Legal and Non-Legal DNA paternity testing. Immigration DNA testing, Infidelity testing through our Lab division at Innovative Labs www.testandscreen.com

Day of Scheduled Appointment

Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Be prepared to stay no later than 30 minutes.

What to bring

We will need a form of personal identification document one of them being a current photo ID or driver’s license.
Your Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI Number)- This number identifies the agency requesting the criminal history check and for what purpose.

Price

Prices vary depending on the agency requesting the Background Check.

AHCA and Department of Health professions requiring a photo $115

Most other FDLE submissions $85

Specific Refund Policy

This is a non-refundable fee. There are no refunds. The $25 deposit is to secure your appointment only which is deducted from your cost of service. It is not the actual cost of any service offered.
Once you register, we start the process to help expedite the progress of your Background Check.
